Account verification
Why Win Zir Registration Requires Real Details
A Win Zir account belongs to one individual and should be used only by that person. Real registration details help confirm legal-age eligibility, protect members against account takeover, and connect payment activity to the correct account owner. They also support checks designed to prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and misuse of promotional offers.
Win Zir may request a clear copy of an accepted government-issued identification document. Depending on the account and transaction, further proof of address or payment ownership may be required. The name connected to a GCash wallet, Maya account, bank account, or payment card should normally match the verified name on the Win Zir profile.
Submit only clear, current, and genuine documents. Blurred images, cropped information, expired identification, or mismatched names can slow the review. Never edit a document image or submit another person's identification. Doing so can result in account restrictions under the Terms and Conditions.
One person, one account: Do not create another Win Zir registration because you forgot a password or lost access to an old mobile number. Use the login and account recovery process instead. Duplicate registration may trigger a security review.
