Win Zir Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all Win Zir members and to Win Zir itself:

• "Win Zir" or "we" refers to the platform operator of winzir.my, including its licensed subsidiaries and representatives responsible for operating the site.
• "You" or "member" refers to any registered account holder who has accepted these Terms and Conditions and uses Win Zir services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a member at Win Zir.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management functions available through Win Zir.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into or held within a Win Zir account, denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP).
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a member on a Win Zir game or betting market.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or rebate offered by Win Zir under specific qualifying conditions.

2. Eligibility

Win Zir is exclusively available to adults who are at least 21 years old, as required under applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by any local law from accessing or using Win Zir services.

Win Zir does not knowingly permit persons who fall under a self-exclusion order, a court-mandated gaming prohibition, or other legally binding restriction to register or maintain an active account. If Win Zir determines that an ineligible person is using the platform, the account will be suspended and available funds will be returned subject to verification.

3. Account Management

Each person may register only one Win Zir account. Duplicate accounts will be identified and may result in the suspension of all linked accounts and forfeiture of associated balances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Win Zir login. This includes keeping your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication details private. Win Zir will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, change your password and report the incident promptly.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your account lifetime.
• Complete any identity verification steps requested by Win Zir in a timely manner.
• Do not transfer, share, or sell your Win Zir account or login credentials to any other person.
• Notify Win Zir if your contact details change so that communication remains reliable.

Win Zir may periodically request documentation to verify identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on account activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Win Zir processes all account transactions in Philippine pesos. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Win Zir does not accept anonymous funding, third-party deposits, or funds from unverified sources.

Supported payment methods at Win Zir may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available options and their current processing times, minimum amounts, and maximum limits are shown within the account settings area. These may change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Win Zir may conduct enhanced due diligence before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or newly verified accounts. Do not request a withdrawal to a payment account not registered in your own name.

Win Zir is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing schedules, public holidays, or force-majeure events. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact Win Zir support with the relevant transaction reference.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through Win Zir are subject to the rules of the individual game or market selected. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or event page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

Win Zir reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement, if the event is cancelled without a clear replacement, or if a clear pricing error affected the offered odds. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the member's account without additional payment.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where Win Zir explicitly provides a cash-out or edit function for the relevant market.
• Win Zir may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets, events, or member accounts at its discretion.
• Minimum stake amounts for each product are displayed at the point of placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the member's Win Zir account balance and are available for withdrawal or further wagering in accordance with these Terms.

Live betting at Win Zir requires a stable internet connection. Win Zir is not responsible for bets that are not submitted successfully due to connection issues on the member's side. Always confirm that a bet appears in your account history before assuming it has been placed.

6. Promotions and Bonuses

Win Zir may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, rebates, and other incentives to new or existing members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that accompany the offer, including qualifying conditions, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms supplement and do not replace these general Terms and Conditions.

Bonus funds credited to a Win Zir account must typically meet a stated wagering requirement before they are converted to withdrawable cash. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Win Zir and will result in account action up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to place bets, access account information, or interact with Win Zir systems.
• Colluding with other players in card games or sports markets to influence the outcome in a way that is not consistent with fair and independent play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities rather than reporting them immediately to Win Zir support.
• Using a Win Zir account to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of illegal origin.
• Accessing Win Zir from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, including using a virtual private network or proxy to disguise your actual location.
• Providing false identity information, misrepresenting age, or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Win Zir staff, other members, or any person encountered through the platform.

Win Zir cooperates with regulatory and law-enforcement authorities and will provide relevant account data where legally required. Proceeds associated with prohibited conduct will not be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content visible on Win Zir — including the brand name, logo, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, data feeds, and software — is the property of Win Zir or its licensed suppliers. No member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify Win Zir content without prior written permission.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access Win Zir services for personal recreational use. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and does not permit use of Win Zir intellectual property for commercial purposes.

9. Liability Limitations

Win Zir provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Win Zir works to maintain continuous access, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data inaccuracies at all times.

Win Zir shall not be liable to any member for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from service disruptions, data errors, or delayed transactions. Win Zir's total liability to any individual member for a single incident shall not exceed the amount held in that member's account at the time of the incident.

Members accept that all gaming and betting involves financial risk, and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of participation. Win Zir does not represent or warrant that any game, bet, or strategy will result in a profit.

10. Privacy and Data

Win Zir collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with the Win Zir Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall member agreement. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing described in the Privacy Policy.

Win Zir may share member data with licensed third-party payment processors, identity verification services, fraud-prevention providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Win Zir does not sell member data to unrelated commercial parties.

Members may request a copy of their personal data held by Win Zir, or request its deletion where applicable law permits, by contacting Win Zir through the official support channel. Some data must be retained for regulatory compliance periods regardless of such requests.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Closure and Suspension

A member may close their Win Zir account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after standard processing.

Win Zir may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if these Terms and Conditions are breached, if the account is associated with fraudulent or illegal activity, if verification requirements are not met, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to other members or to Win Zir's regulatory compliance.

In cases of suspected fraud or money-laundering, Win Zir will freeze the account balance and cooperate with relevant authorities. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned and may be forfeited to the relevant authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Win Zir may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new product additions, or improvements to the platform. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where a change is material, Win Zir will make reasonable efforts to notify existing members via the registered email address or a notification within the member's account. Continued use of Win Zir services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Members who do not agree with an updated version may close their account before the change takes effect without penalty, as long as no terms governing settled transactions are involved.

14. Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the rules and regulations applicable to Win Zir's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between a member and Win Zir, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Win Zir's support team.

If informal resolution is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or arbitration process defined by Win Zir's licence conditions. Members retain any rights they hold under applicable consumer protection laws regardless of these dispute terms.

Win Zir's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, bonus calculations, and account administration is final unless a demonstrable error can be identified and supported by objective evidence.
